A few simple ground rules for using pinaMemo.

Service

pinaMemo offers a free browser-based sticky-note workspace. It is provided without user accounts or cloud backup.

Your notes

You are responsible for the text you enter and for keeping backup copies of exported JSON files. We do not claim ownership of your original note content.

Availability

Features may be changed, suspended, or interrupted for maintenance, browser compatibility or other operational reasons. No guarantee is made that the service is suitable for storing critical information.

Acceptable use

Do not abuse the service, interfere with website availability, or infringe others’ legal rights.

Liability

The app is provided as a convenience tool to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
